Ensuring Access to Early Learning
The YMCA Jump Start program provides quality early-learning childcare to familes enrolled with partner organizations whose parents are working to complete their high school education, better their lives, or work toward self-sufficiency.
Since the expansion of this program in 2021, Y Jump Start has provided care for 74 families enrolled in Rapid City Area High School, One Heart, Catholic Social Services’ Uplifing Parents Program, and BHSS’ Workforce Connections Program.
