Join us for the 2025 ForeverWell Games being held June18-21st. Formerly known as Senior Games, the ForeverWell games are a celebration of active living, friendly competition and community spirit for adults ages 50 and up.

Competitions include:

Archery Track & Field Events

Swimming Basketball Competition

Pickleball Doubles Strength & Skill Challenges

Chess Tournament Cribbage Tournament

Cornhole Spelling Bee

Wednesday, June 18 – Outdoor Campus West Archery Range

9:00 AM – Archery – 900 Round competition, with 30 arrows shot at 60, 50, and 40 yards. Participants must provide their own bow and arrows.

Swimming Events

9:00 AM – Rolling Start Begins

• 25m Freestyle – Sprint swim event testing speed in an open stroke style.

• 25m Backstroke – A short-distance swim race performed on your back.

• 50m Freestyle – A longer sprint swim challenging endurance and speed.

• 50m Backstroke – A mid-distance backstroke race for technique and stamina.

10:00 AM – Cribbage Tournament – Open to all ages, compete in this classic card game.

1:00 PM – Chess Tournament – A competitive tournament where players will compete in timed matches, testing strategy, focus, and skill. Open to all ages.

4:00 PM – Pickleball Doubles – Fast-paced doubles play (teams: mixed or women’s).

Saturday, June 21 – Liberty Center YMCA

Track Events (1/8-inch spikes allowed on the track)

9:00 AM – Rolling Start Begins

• 50m Sprint – A quick burst of speed to the finish line.

• 100m Sprint – A short-distance race requiring explosive speed.

• 200m Sprint – A mid-length sprint testing endurance and power.

• 400m Run – A competitive mid-distance race.

• 400m Walk – A competitive walking race.

• 800m Run – A balance of endurance and pacing.

• 800m Walk – A test of walking speed and stamina.

• 1500m Run – A long-distance track race.

• 1500m Walk – A walking race requiring endurance and pace control.

• 4x100m Walking Relay – Open to all participants 50+ and can be any gender. If you do not have a full team, we will do our best to find you one.

• 4x200m Running Relay – Open to all participants 50+ and can be any gender. If you do not have a full team, we will do our best to find you one.

• 4x400m Running Relay – Open to all participants 50+ and can be any gender. If you do not have a full team, we will do our best to find you one.

9:30 AM – Standing Broad Jump – Measure how far you can jump from a standstill.

10:30 AM – Overhead Ball Toss

• Women: Toss a 10lb medicine ball backward for distance (3 attempts).

• Men: Toss a 20lb medicine ball backward for distance (3 attempts).

11:00 AM – Luncheon

11:30 AM – Spelling Bee – Open to all ages, test your vocabulary skills in a fun competition.

12:00 PM – Track Events Continued

1:00 PM – Free Throw Competition – Test your shooting accuracy from the free-throw line.

1:30 PM – Basketball Shooting Competition – Compete in multiple shot types and distances.

2:00 PM – Strength Games – Various strength-based challenges to showcase endurance and power. (Weigh-in for athletes participating in bodyweight-based events):

• Bodyweight-based bench press reps

• Bodyweight-based bicep curls

• Timed plank

• Push-ups

• Timed wall sit

• Pull-ups

2:30 PM – Cornhole – 50 total throws. Participants may bring their own bags. Distance:

• 50–69 years: 27 feet (front edge to front edge)

• 70–79 years: 25 feet

• 80+ years: 23 feet
