STRONG Challenge


We're challenging our members and the community to commit to six weeks, 20 minutes a day, five days a week. We’ll experiment with different challenges and rhythms designed to open us up to a purpose driven life that is STRONG. Challenges like setting goals, connecting more and serving others, just to name a few.

Download your Strong Tracking Sheet and make sure to place it in a prominent spot in your home. Post goals and track your progress throughout the next six weeks.
