RESET Challenge

WELCOME TO RESET

We're challenging our members and the community to commit to six weeks, 30 minutes a day, five days a week! We’ll experiment with challenges and rhythms designed to open us up to a purpose-driven life. Take the Challenge, have some fun, and discover what it means to Hit the RESET button.

Download your RESET Tracking Sheet and make sure to place it in a prominent spot in your home. Post goals and track your progress throughout the next six weeks.

Our six week RESET Challenge starts February 1st, but you can register throughout the whole challenge - text RESET21 to 833-988-3539.

WEEK 1 CHALLENGE:

TIME FOR A RESET

We begin our journey of finding 150 minutes a week to be active and RESET:

  • Five days with 30 minutes of physical activity

WEEK 2 CHALLENGE:

REFRESH

We will add to our fitness goals with exploring clean eating:

  • "Eating the rainbow" with a minimum of 2-3 fruit and veggie servings. 
  • Drink at least 64 oz of water daily
  • Shop fresh, avoid processed food (no take out)

WEEK 3 CHALLENGE:

RECONNECT

Reconnect with loved ones by phone, video chat or safely in person

WEEK 4 CHALLENGE:

REPLAY

Find ways to fit FUN into your week along with past week goals
