Land Group Exercise

TOGETHER classes embrace the concept of community while making it YOUR best class. Each class curriculum is similar, regardless of instructor. The personality of each instructor makes them unique. We change up the exercises every 3-8 weeks to keep things fresh. Whether you are a beginner or long time exerciser, we have something designed for you.

Active Together:

Cardio, strength, balance & flexibility in just one hour! Adjustable dumbbells, body weight and simple athletic movements will get you Active!

Balance & Flex Together:

Grow longer and stronger with an invigorating mind-body workout: yoga, Pilates fundamentals, athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility and the core. Experience emotive music as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey.

Cycle Together:

A huge calorie burner! It’s a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors that includes hills, chases, climbs and intervals.

Cycle 30 Together:

All the great features of our Cycle Together class but down to just 30 minutes to get you in and out.

Strength Train Together:

A results driven strength training workout utilizing an adjustable barbell, plates and body weight.

Body Sculpt:

Strength training for all fitness levels using a variety of equipment to improve muscle tone, endurance & strength!

Boot Camp:

Circuit training class, alternating between cardio and strengthening activities.

Dance Fitness:

Come dance your favorite moves to your favorite songs! See you on the dance floor!

Parkinson’s Wellness Classes:

Improving balance and mobility through activities like cycle, Nordic walking and strength exercises. Open to all with any type of disability.

Pilates:

Improve your posture, strengthen your back and abdominal muscles, increase flexibility, prevent back pain, and tone muscles.

Stroke Regrowth:

Specially designed for those that have had strokes to improve balance and coordination.

Tabata:

A quick high intensity interval training class to improve your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.

TRX:

Cardio and strength segments to improve overall health and endurance using the TRX strength system.

Yoga & Gentle Yoga:

An introductory instruction focusing on visualization, breathing techniques and basic yoga poses.

Yoga-Specific Needs:

Gentle yoga class for those with specific needs. Sight or hearing impaired, mobility issues or cognitive concerns - all are welcome.

Land group exercise classes are free to members.
Program participants: $65 per class type/6 weeks.
