The Edgemont YMCA offers a variety of fitness programs to meet your fitness goals.  

Cardio-Room:

Monday-Friday, 7:40 am-4 pm

• Treadmills, Ellipticals
• Bikes, Bo-Flex
• TV/VCR and CD Player provided

Weight Room Training:

Under the gym

Monday-Thursday, 4-6:30 pm

• High-End Weight Training Equipment
• Treadmill

Pool:

Monday-Saturday, 12:30-5:30 pm in the summer.
