The YMCA offers Yoga classes on Monday at 7PM, Wednesday at 10:15AM, and Thursday at 9:30AM instructed by Jackie Hartwick, a Yoga class on Wednesday at 12:05PM instructed by Juli Ames-Curtis, and a Yoga class instructed by Peg Ryan on Saturday at 9:30AM. All classes are held in the ReTreat Room. These are basic beginning to intermediate yoga classes and are included in your YMCA membership. The Y also offers Boot Camp Class, which is High Intensity Interval Training; (basically a fitness class using weights). We also offer Cardio Fusion Class which is a fast paced traditional Aerobics class. Call the Y office at 673-5134 for more information.

Bootcamp
Scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday at 1PM - 2PM, Wednesday at 5:30PM -6:30PM at the YMCA Log Building. Instructed by Connie Tye. Our Bootcamp routine consists of low and high intensity aerobic intervals. This class combines cardio, strength, and agility focused on working the whole body.

Cardio Fusion
Tuesday and Thursday @ 5:00PM - 6:00PM // Free for Y Members // Non-Members can visit for a first class for Free, a continuation of the class will require a membership.

Saturday Cardio Fusion Step
Much like Cardio Fusion, this class contains an enthusiastic instructor, catchy beat, and aerobic movement. What's different is the segment of Step Aerobics. We will provide the steps, you just provide the energy! You can find us in the YMCA Log Building! Cardio Tone
Targeting your entire body, this exercise focuses on overall muscle stretch. This is a great routine to pair with a strong cardio class. Friday @ 9:00AM - Free for Y Members // Non-Members can visit for a first class for Free, a continuation of the class will require a membership.
